I ordered flowers from Poland to be delivered in France.
The service quality was unacceptable:
1. The flowers arrived one day late (nevertheless on the website it was indicated that the flowers were delivered).
2. The flowers arrived upside down and wet (water from the bowl spilled).
3. The contact with the firm is very difficult (for Poland), they rarely answer the phone, the contact form doesn't allow to respond on their e-mails.
4. On the Polish website they indicate prices in PLN but my credit card was charged in EUR (no info about it) which resulted in 10% price increase.
