“Terrible online delivery service!!!”

I have ordered coats for winter online as it was coming up to November getting cold... I ordered a few as I didn't know which one I liked and cannot try them on it store as they never do my size.

I have ordered these coats over two weeks ago and still had no delivery.

I have contacted missselfridge them selves twice who don't seem to respond at all!! The track my parcel has returned and delivered written twice on different dates.

I will be ringing them again but am not hopeful

I think they provide an awful service and don't seem to care about it!!

They have taken the money out of my account which has left me out of pocket and still wearing an autumn jacket.

I would not recommend this service to anyone at all and will deter people from ordering from them!
