“Click and Collect”

Do not use the click and review option, on two occasions now I have tried in vain to order my daughters Christmas present to no avail, the computer systems are not linked to the stores or warehouse. The website shows stock to be available in store, accepted my order, sent through confirmation and confirmation I was able to collect only to receive a blunt cancellation email. No customer service, a phone call to explain would have been nice rather than a "it's not my fault" conversation with the store staff. I will certainly not be using this retailer again.
