“NOT CLEAR COOPERATION BTW AGODA AND MAYBANK”

I received a promotion information from BII Maybank in Indonesia that we have 7% discount if booking at Agoda.com/maybank. I found long conversation (3 days) to the bank itself, Agoda London and Agoda Indonesia to find such discount. The bank confirmed that the discount should be in place if I booked thru the agoda.com/maybank. The Agoda London said that it was an error and it will adjust the discount manually only at 6%, not 7% discount. Then, according to Agoda Indonesia, this booking is not entitled to a discount as the type of payment is a post payment, not a prepayment.

This type of cooperation will confusing the customer. Hoping, a solution or clear information before.
