“A Great Tool for a small but growing business”

"My online book store has needed a resource like Usefultools for a while now. As response to the growing number of customers responding to our offerings we find there just isn't enough time in a day to handle it all. Usefultools is a great simple system that augments and supports a small business very well. We can script calls, we can monitor our response and the customers reactions, and we can plan and service campaigns too. What more could we ask for? I know Usefultooks is efficient and flexible enough to handle whatever we need it to do. "
