Put simply, do not use this company.
From start to finish this company displayed considerable incompetence throughout every stage of this booking. Members of their team were rude, incompetent, and inefficient, and we did more work on booking this holiday than they did.
One of the major errors made was in failing to book the relevant nights on receipt of our deposit, after sitting on the money for three days. This resulted in one of our two hotels not being available forcing us to alter our itinerary at the cost of hundreds of pounds. Tropical Sky refused to accept full responsibility for these errors meaning we had to pay hundreds of pounds more for our holiday.
Had we not used this company we would have had the holiday we wanted at the price we had wanted. Our reasons for not booking with the other company's which we requested quotes from was out of misplaced loyalty to Tropical Sky, which was not reciprocated.
Following the errors made during the booking process, it also transpired that they had communicated the wrong details to the transfer company, and to one of our hotels, adding stress to what was meant to be a stress free holiday.
Simply not good enough and wholly unprofessional.
