“Terrible company - so disappointed ”

An anniversary weekend away and the voucher and confirmation you sent us made us go to the wrong theatre. Consequently we missed the start of our show, lost £12 on a taxi, and wasted 2 hours of our precious day travelling to the wrong theatre. I will be in touch and will be unlikely to recommend or use you again unless you put this right.
