Setting up a call center was not so easy. It wasted our valuable times in the past. After experiencing Live ANSWER I am quite happy. The way LIVE ANSWER made their system is fabulous. The Sign UP process is so quick and only 3 step process. Receiving calls for your own company is now ONE minute task to and this is all done only for Live Answer. The dashboard of this system is easy to use. New campaign can be set from there and you can select an agent from the list. The report of callers can be generated by everyday through it. Such a remarkable development. Thanks a lot.
