I had this old Nokia I thought might make me a pound or two. Priced it up with various recyclers; Envirofone offered a fair price, so I did the necessary. Signing up was straightforward. They sent me cardboard wrapping, post-paid plastic envelope + label & off the phone went. I was a trifle puzzled when an email arrived to tell me that phone hadn't arrived when it had been in the post for 4~5 days & proof of posting said it was with Envirofone. Then nothing for days, no promised email to say it had arrived, just an eventual email to say it had passed tests & cheque, for original estimate, would be in post in a few days & it duly arrived in a few days. All in all, a painless process if somewhat less than promised. Old phone has gone to a new life & I have a few pounds in my pocket, not bad.
