“Not worth even one star. Try making a claim ”

I have to say mce are next to useless when it comes down to providing the service you are paying for. While most reviews on here seam to state how great they are and providing cover at a good price that is like reviewing an airline just for sending you the ticket.

When it comes down to using the service you have paid for mce don't provide any service.
They don't return your calls, no matter how many promises are made. I am still waiting from calls made weeks ago. It is always down to the customer to chase them up. I have even put in formal complaints and i am yet to have these answered.
They are trying to do anything they can to avoid making a payment when that is what they are meant to be there for. I took out fully comp insurance for peace of mind and yet all i am left with is frustration. It has gone so far now that i am currently in the process of taking legal action out against them.

What has amazed me more is to see just how many reviews on here from people making a claim are reporting similar issues. I have also heard from quite a few other sources that they really don't like to pay out. However you do notice that mce have customer service staff on here to answer people, well maybe if those staff where working to resolve issues and deliver the service mce are being employed by the customer to provide, why not do that in the first place.

Before insuring with mce I would suggest you read reviews of people who have used the service and not just brought a policy which may turn out to be a very expensive telephone call as that may be all they get for their money. Last year I was so impressed with mce that 5 friends all took out policies with them based on my recommendation,which was all based on the price and sales call which made it all sound so great. It's my second year and i have two bikes insured by them and it's the first time i have needed to make a motorbike claim. Next year none of us will come back to mce.
