Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

After 3 weeks send me letter saying they cancel my insurance. I called them and asked about refund - they wanna additional 200 pounds because 50 quit cancellation etc.
When I wanna spoke to any supervisor, there was not supervisor in the office and they were going to call me

Never happened!
