I was originally contacted by policy expert after checking on line for home insurance. When contacted I was too early for a home insurance quote but was asked when my car insurance was due for renewal. As it happened it was due within the week and I had just been searching the web after receiving my renewal notice from my previous insurer. The call centre asked if I had the time to give them my details there & then which I did. This resulted in a better quote than I had found so I agreed to go ahead.
Payment was taken and my documents were promised to arrive shortly.
However my documents had not arrived within five days and my car tax was due within seven days and I always relicense my car at the post office and needed my new insurance certificate to enable me to do that. Any way I contacted policy direct and the documents arrived just in time.
