“Would not recommend”

We bought our tickets about 4 months before the night out, was all confirmed, tickets paid for etc. Then 2 weeks before night we got an email to say the sellers had pulled out and they would offer us tickets further way and refund £20! I did not want to let kids down as it was such last minute, so i accepted. Only to find out the lady sitting next to us had been through the exact same thing with VIAGOGO!! I believe they're sitting on the money for months collecting the interest, then last minute just seeing what they can give people. Would NOT recommend them, especially as now i know i was not the only person this was done to, it was very stressful.
