I first became aware of tropical Sky when a flyer fell out of independent news paper last Jan/Feb ? , I thought the offer was excellent value for money and decided to book the trip to Dubai, however I felt the offer was misleading as it offered 5 nights in Dubai but it actually is only four nights because of the flight times. Tropical sky would have known this before they advertised the deal so I do feel this is misleading, to get the 5 nights we had to pay extra-( €1450 instead of €1089), as I was booking this holiday for 6 this was very difficult going back to a group and explaining the difference. I also felt it would be helpful to request a copy of the passports so there would be no confusion about names etc and make the party aware of the time limit on passports going to UAE, and finally I feel anyone booking a holiday with credit card should be made aware verbally of the 2.25% charge when booking initially as I would have paid for it by bank transfer had I have known and again I had to go to the other members to look for the additional cost.

However we were delighted with the package, the choice of hotel, the food, the service, was excellent, hotel was a little bit out from the city but the metro is so close to it and so easy to use it more than made up for the location. Would definitely go there again and would book with tropical sky again.It was excellent value for money as we found out when we went out one night to another location and had to pay for a round of drinks !1
