“Incompetent”

I ordered a dining room set which arrived in 3 boxes. 2 Chairs were damaged so I was told to send them back. Later when I noticed I had not been credited I contacted them, only to be told I should have returned the whole dining room set. But at this time they also informed me that they had 2 more dining room sets on order for me. I cancelled them all. Later that day I reinstated one of the dining room set orders as my daughter really wanted one. A couple of days later I phoned to find out what was happening with order only to find that I hadn't been credited for the first faulty dining set so didn't have enough credit for the one I had reinstated.

I have since tried 3 times now to cancel this dining room set as I am really tired of dealing with such incompetent people. My account is still showing the dining room set on order. I have emailed, phoned and tonight filled in an online form requesting a cancellation.

I am awaiting a full detailed statement of what I owe them or they owe me now as they have messed me around so much. I will never deal with them again
