“Don't just don't! You WILL lose your money!!!!”

We purchased some bedroom furniture from furnishinghomes.co.uk and were told our order was in stock and to expect delivery in 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks we hadn't heard anything, then suddenly got an email saying they did not have a delivery date from our supplier (so clearly hadn't been in stock) and so as 'not to inconvenience us' they had cancelled our order and processed a refund. Despite ringing daily for an update as to where our refund is no one has ever answered the phone and after ignoring emails, we finally got a reply today to say they are unable to process anything as their world pay account has been frozen, they've had to make redundancies and to contact our credit card supplier for a refund. However, after doing some research their reviews show this is not the first time this has happened, someone else back in Jan 2013 had exactly the same scenario but instead of it being to do with world pay, supposedly that time it was Google Wallet. Now having to get refund from credit card company but why should they have to cough up to cover fraudulent companies like this?! Despite claiming they are not trading, their website is still functional and they are still advertising on google. Do not use this company, I regret it.
