“Bad customer service buy at your peril”

Ordered a new graphics card from pixmania a pny 760gtx to upgrade my system to play cod ghosts etc.What a disapointment when it arrived first of all the courier left it outside in the garden which was not too much of a problem because the weather was fine & i live in a relativately low crime area but what was really bad is the fact that when i unpacked it it was in an already opened box with the security seal missing & the antistatic bag containing the card itself was also opened so needless to say i am not fitting this to my system as it could have a fault which could damage my system.I have now emailed pixmania twice about this but have had no response from them at all not even a comfirmation of receiving my email & their website states they will answer any concerns within 24 hours & i do not see why i should have to pay for return postage costs to receive a refund for something that was sold as new not a customer return or refurbished product
