“Good refund policy”

I made a reservation in London with Wimdu in April for December.
It is a pitty, but we must cancel the trip because of sickness. Within 5 minutes after my mail to them, I got an answer.
And in 4 to 5 days, they are paying the money back. Good service in a very friendly way. Next time I will book again with Wimdu. Low prices-high service!
