“fobbed off at every turn”

I bought a kettle tap form B and Q on line which my plumber tried to plumb in the steel tank was leaking I was told that I could have a replacement and that it as not possible to sent it express as the system was down> I would have a call back not a chance.
Then informed that it would be delivered within a week call centre contact is worse than useless over half hour each time.

Then I was contacted by the supplier of the item not B and Q stating that they wished to send an engineer out to examine the tank.This was near the day I should have a replacement.Will write to complaints department and as I have to pay plumber for install re-install a claim will also be submitted.
