“A very good experience”

From start to finish we were treated to a very professional experience. The A1 agent anticipated the needs of a party of 4 senior citizens. A couple of times prior to final booking we contacted him, and we were promised call backs by a colleague. Each time he called us back within 15-20 minutes and apologised for the delay. We booked All Inclusive at Cay Beach Sun Aparthotel Lanzarote, and saved around £200 each. Flights, transfers, and hotels were all booked. Within 10 minutes of the call ending the flight tickets arrived from Thomas Cook, and all the rest arrived 24 hours later. I had been nervous about booking a non package holiday, I have to say that after this experience I will have no reservations about booking again with A1. A first class holiday and a first class service.
