I ordered the 90cm mood cooker hood with shaped/fitted splashback because my kitchen designer said he had bought from Premier for his own kitchen - a recommendation I thought!I placed my order on line and all seemed to go through ok. Next day someone phoned to say the product was out of stock.When I asked why it wasn't listed as OOS on their web site I was told that the person who updates their website doesn't work very often! Anyway after a couple of weeks they phoned to say the model I had ordered was actually discontinued - however they did have the upgraded model available - at an extra cost of £34.99. I agreed and waited for delivery. The extractor arrived after about 2 weeks but no splashback. I phoned to chase it and was told that the splashbacks were expected in the next week.When it didn't arrive I chased it and was told there was a container due in two weeks. Still didn't arrive so I chased it and apparently the container had loads of hobs but no splashbacks. At this point I'm starting to get concerned - will my splash back ever arrive? Two more weeks and I chased it again only to be told the splashbacks won't be in till the New Year!! Very annoying as they have taken the money - which I actually thought they shouldn't do until they are ready to despatch.
