We have recently had dealings with southall travel and are very happy with their customer care and the way they handled our situation. My mother was unable to travel due to a severe medical emergency which required surgery. We asked southall for full refund on the medical grounds. The initial response was not very positive and we were not promised that we will. They said air India seldom made full refunds on medical grounds but added that they would try. It seems they did as we have received the full refund as requested! Air india does seem to not entertain such requests often and we highly appreciate the fact that southall has saved us from incurring a financial loss. Will definitely use their services again.
