“Avoid at ALL costs”

I would give zero rating if it was possible. I have never dealt with such a diabolical customer service department in all my life (oh apart from littlewoods who are the same company but charge more!!). To name but a few issues, their items are generally very poor quality but funnily enough none of their parcels have returns labels in to allow an easy return, like they should have ( as well as the fact all parcels come separately which is so so annoying!) I had to call three times over three weeks ( on their high rate phone line) for returns labels as they were not ever turning up- and they rarely responded to my emails ( yet claimed a 6 hour response time!). Anyway, in the end I had to wait in all day on two separate occasions for a courier to collect as my return time was quickly ticking away. One of the items was part of a 3 for 2 deal. It was a multi frame but was disgusting quality! It wasn't even made of wood and glass but rather chipboard and scratched up plastic! Worth £29 apparently!! I left a note for a swap for another frame in 3 for 2 range to replace it. 2 weeks later I'm chasing news and was told a refund had been processed. Fine by me. Yet 2 weeks after that I'm telling them that I haven't received payment. 1 week later I'm contacting them again to eventually be told that as its part of 3 for 2 it was free so therefore no they cannot send a replacement! What the!!!??? Oh and they took a 2nd delivery charge out my account which i also had to follow up. Avoid at all costs. They are no ignoring me completely when I'm emailing to try to understand the fairness after waiting in all day long to return something I can't even get replaced!
