“postal charge for returning goods”

My husband has shopped at Cotton Traders outlets for years and sizing has normally been good. However as the outlets didn't have any of the t shirts he normally buys, he decided to order online. Never again. Sizing was completely different to that of the tops sold in outlets and when I rang to complain and to ask why we should pay to return them as it was not our fault that the 2xl t shirts were at least 2inches narrower than those in the outlet they were adamant that we would have to pay it. On top of that I paid for an expensive phone call to discuss it.

Will avoid them in future.
