I had struggled with the Plesk control panel to set up a mailbox for a new website. I wanted to have an email address with the domain name of my website.
Over a period of several days, I had tried to adjust settings in the email setup part of the control panel, but my test emails tomy new address just bounced. I'm a fairly clued-up techie, but eventually had to realise that on my own I was failing to achieve!
So I raised a support ticket, at 8am on Monday morning. This wasn't a crisis, so I didn't mark it "High Priority" or anything dramatic.
The help desk response was immediate, respectful, and effective. They emailed me a couple of questions, then quickly set it up for me. Within an hour (most of which was my delay replying to them) the email address was set up and running.
