“What has happened to Brand Alley?”

Dear oh Dear!

what has happened to Brand Alley? I have purchased loads of things from this site over the last two years and with only the minor problems you would expect, but since the new website has been launched trying to buy anything is a complete nightmare. The pages take ages to load you can only view a few items at a time, then you have to reload the page with a few more. There is nothing on the order to say when the expected delivery is, like there use to be. I have been waiting for an order to arrive which is now overdue, stand email replies are sent back with no useful information on and its impossible to get through to speak to anyone just an automated message! I have no idea when I might receive the order and seems little recourse either.

Brand Alley sort yourselves out and really if it 'ain't broke don't fix it' would apply in this case. I liked the old website, I hate the new website and if you don't do something to fix it and soon I suspect your customers will be shopping elsewhere.
