“my insurance is getting canceled very unfairly .”

i took out a policy for my truck in September 2012 , i paid in full as i don't like direct debits .

on the 5/11/13 i received a letter dated the 1/11/13 saying i had 7 days to send a copy of my driving licence & vehicle documents . thats 2 days warning for me to get copies to them or my insurance will be canceled !

approx 2 weeks ago i sent my licence away to get renewed as it was falling apart .

i've tried phoning & explaining what has happened they said they can wait till the 15th then my policy will be canceled !

if i don't get my fresh new licence by the 15th the only solution autonet insurance has is they will cancel my policy & i can pay them for another year !!!

what really infuriates me is if i had of been on holiday for a few weeks & came home & not checked my mail i could of been driving with no insurance .

I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH BUYER BEWARE , AUTONET INSURANCE IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH .

autonet is the worst insurance company that i have came across in the 24 years that i have been driving , in this case cheapest is far from best !
