I have had the same issues as everyone else on this review, can't cancel subscription online, call number, automated answer. I googled head office details and called too, looks like the rats have already deserted the sinking ship (no answer). So my advice to all of you is..... Clear your 'lists' of DVDs, make sure there are none, and then try and remove any saved cards (debit/credit) if you have purchased in the online store. Email them through the system telling them you wish to cancel, both your subscription and your registration (make sure you click the 'send yourself a copy 'option), and then call your bank and make sure they decline future requests for payment from Blockbuster.co.uk
