“Terrible service”

Ordered over the weekend and paid for next day delivery, so expected delivery Tuesday. Received no further communication. I called them on Wednesday and was told they had had a problem but were now shipping items and I would receive it by Friday. Bad start for them as I would have expected to have been told of an issue seeing as I paid extra for faster delivery. Called on Friday to check I would receive item but they couldn't work out if it had been shipped so I called their delivery company (who I won't name as it was not their issue) and was told there were no deliveries scheduled for my address today. Had to call Sports HQ back and cancel the order. Terrible communication from them and an utter fail.
