What a joke. They seemed helpful at first. Arranged a viewing of a property we were interested in, I then phoned them to ask a few additional questions-only to find out the viewing could no longer take place at that time but that they could show me another property during that slot. I asked for the details of the property- but they said they were uploading details and needed a few more hours by which point they would call me to arrange a viewing. They didn't call me back so I phoned to let them know I emailed them. The agent I emailed did not reply to my email and was out of office. I waited until 5pm and phoned again. The agent was there but could not give me the details, promised however to contact me later that day. He never did.
