“Crashing credit scores”

I have been with these jokers for a couple of years now, they continuously lower my score, I have never missed a payment, always paid on time, always paid more than the minimum payment and cleared several accounts yet my score is 422 very poor, they are very heavy handed with negatives and have never added positives, so it spirals down to the point where my current credit cards are saying I am now a risk and want to take them back ,what !!! they are destroying me I I am helpless to do anything
