“Pre holiday support good, after sales excellent”

Our overall experience of Hotels4u was good. We stayed at Bahiazul Villas in Corralejo, Fuerteventura in September 2013. Prior to taking the holiday we had to push Hotels4u to get confirmations of child cot and high chair but they did provide it so not really an issue. We did hvae problems with the villa during our stay that were not resolved by the villa complex management team so I contacted Hotels4u who immediately contacted the villa complex management team. Although the issue was not resolved as it was beyond the control of Hotels4u they were most helpful in resolving our complaint upon return to the Uk. They dealt with the complaint in a polite and professional manner, in the time that they said they would. After carrying out their investigations with the villa complex management the outcome for us was swift,amicable and most satisfactory.

Do not be put off Hotels4u by the fact that we encountered some problems as we would have no hesitation in using them again.
