“very good service”

The staff member who assisted me couldnt have been more helpful and efficient in fixing a flight to Australia leaving in only a weeks time for me and a disabled companion, and then follow up calls to reassure me everything was OK. He deserves a medal!
I also appreciated the phone being answered quickly when I first enquired instead of a recorded message and music keeping me waiting ages whilst telling me my call was important, as happens with many places.
I will certainly use you again and have already recommended the efficient service to a friend.
