ive been with studio since 2007 and ordered every year at christmas, i ordered this year on friday 2nd nov 13 but needed to cancel my order 10mins after made order as ordered wrong, done all this before 12.40ish so not a late order i emailed them thinking that would be the end of it , but didnt get email back until the monday saying they may not be able to cancel it so i rang spending money on my phone bill and they said il have to wait till tuesday to ring them to cancel , so rang back on the tuesday to only be on the phone for 30mins a premiem number and then they tell me they cant cancel the personalised items so i have to pay for them and also they already dispatched a parcel but which with them you have to pay for returns and they use yodel which last year cost me £30 in phone calls to track down and re deliver so when i reicive the package i will have to pay to return an order i tried to cancel so not only am i going to have a high phone bill again for using studio but going to have to pay for stuff i dont want now and also pay for a return this is very poor service as with any other good company out there you can easily cancel an order in that time window if need be , so i have now emailed them to cancel my account with them as this has really ****** me off, but we'll see how long and if they will contact me back after using there contact us service as i dont want to be contacting them again at my cost as il have left them my number and details.
