“Helpful, competent, caring”

Everything was excellent with this copmany. I was travelling under difficult circumstances - my father dying - I had to get there immediately and didn't know when I could come back.
In the end, I did have to change my return date. Even though I had booked for this, United in America was going to charge me further 1000 pounds ! - more than the cost of the whole return ticket - PLUS fees, further charges etc.
I called back to London from the US and they sorted it quickly; even though flights were jammed because of the shooting at LA airport.
I had the same person, who remembered me, and was very helpful. Once you book, the tickets come within half an hour.
From now on I'll be using them whenever I fly.
