“Shocking Customer Service”

I ordered a child high chair for our grandson. Delivery was ok and on time.
I checked the contents out when opening the box and all were there.
I put together the chair and followed the instructions. Only to find when put together that 1 of the legs was 1 cm shorter than the others. Double checked to make sure I had not put together wrongly but no. it was faulty.

I took and image of the product and emailed it straight into them.
First reply was to say sorry for this and they could offer me a discount on the product!
A wobbly high chair for a child that was dangerous!!!!

I did not accept this and asked for a replacement part to be sent to me or a refund.

Next reply was to inform me that as I had already assembled the goods they were no longer covered by their returns policy.

I then phoned them as I was now very angry.

After a lot of fuss they agreed to collect the item from me.

Now been told it can take up to another 2 weeks before I can get a refund.

I went onto their Facebook page and started to chat with some other VERY unhappy customers. They have now blocked me on their page.

I would really strongly advise against shopping with these people who clearly don’t care about their customers at all.
