“Excellent quality, shame about delivery ”

The quality and process of ordering the goods was excellent, however, I paid for the 4 day express delivery and when they arrived there was a hoodie missing. I phoned to check and was assured that the missing garment would be there the next day. I was leaving for the trip on the Saturday so needed the hoodie by Friday. By Wednesday of that week the hoodie had still not arrived. When I phoned AGAIN I spoke to a very helpful customer service agent who removed the 4 day express delivery charge and told me to call back if i didnt have an email confirming time of delivery by 10am on the friday. The confirmation came and the hoodie was delivered in time. I felt as if I hadnt chased it then I would have been leaving for my trip with one very disappointed student.
