“Sent me the wrong size, pretended they wanted to fix it”

I frequently order from online retailers as the selection is always better than the retailers here in Canada. I ordered a pair of Real Madrid Adidas training pants in size 2xl from Kitbag.com for $52 CAD. Once I recieved my order I was excited to try them on, only to find out I had recieved a Large instead of a 2XL. These pants have a particularly tight fit on the lower leg so the Large was definitley not going to do. I emailed the customer service team and to my suprise I got a response within a few hours. The person I spoke to was very apologetic and told me to get a shipping quote from my postal service to determine how they could help me ( its very expensive to ship to the UK as I live in Canada). The cheapest option was almost as much as my order costs, so the woman told me they would gladly replace my order or refund me, all I needed to do was send a photo of the item with tags and purchase order. I send the pictures along with my request to have my original order filled.

Now this is where the story gets ridiculous. After all the run around these people made me do, with the postal service, taking the photos. This lady has the audacity to tell me that MY ORDER IS CORRECT AND THAT A 38'' (Large) IS A 2XL IN THE UK. Not only did the sizing chart on Kitbag.com indicate she was lying and a 38'' is infact a Large on the conversion chart (2xl is 44''), she insulted my intellegence by trying to convince me there is a fictional sizing system in the UK besides the standard inches measurment.

She then blocked my email so I couldnt respond to how ridiculous she was being. I'll be calling Visa tomorrow. Dont order from this place, I've ordered before and everything went fine, but if they screw up your on your own.
