“Disappointingly poor quality”

I purchased my winter wooliies wardrobe from Woolovers, having been recommended by a colleague. Initially I was more than pleased with the available styles, colours and fit. What I wasn't prepared for was the quality of the garments and the apparent lack of after sales customer service. The lambs wool jumpers are very itchy,requiring an extra layer underneath. The slinky polo jumpers started to bobble after just 2 wearings. I sent 2 emails to Woolovers and gave heard absolutely nothing. I won't be using them again unless they make contact and try and rectify my issues.
