“Holiday date change!”

Our holiday was booked and paid for however; received an email stating our flight had been withdrawn on the date of holiday. We had paid for airport transfers and allocated seats. Needed confirmation from Low Cost Holidays to change holiday date to link with suitable flights. I know i shouldnt mention names but contacted Low Cost Holidays on a Sunday afternoon and was relieved to speak Andi Davies who not only sorted out our holiday but also re arranged flights, allocated seats and airport transfers!!!! Thanks again to Andi for listening to us and all his support. Makes you feel confident in the future IF and further holiday malfunctions were to happen
