I needed same day flower delivery, so went to a known website 1800flowers.com. I clicked on same day delivery @ 12:15pm or so, quickly chose a standard flower item , then tediously filled out recipient info, my billing info, a card, etc. clicked on submit order & got a 5-7 minute "order processing" with the admonition to "only click once". So I went to the live chat to ask what to do (I was unable to call by phone at that time); got kicked out of the chat for responding too slowly; finally got a chat going & was told to refresh--at which time, I got an error message telling me "same day delivery no longer available." Tell me your cut-off ahead of time so I know. Just flowers.com was streamlined & quick by comparison.
