“On time but terrible condition”

the box was delivered on the right day as expected but although I complained about the condition of the box the delivery driver seemed totally unconcerned, he just wanted his delivery form signed and left.
The box was wet and had obviously been thrown around in the van or depot as it was filthy dirty and cracked and torn. Seeing as I had ordered the diet food in this box I was worried that some or all of the cartons inside had been damaged. Luckily this was not the case in the main and only some of the boxes were a bit crushed and damp. BUT I was not happy with the delivery at all.
