“THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY IN ENGLAND”

I BOOK MY HOLIDAY FROM DEC 25 TO JAN 11, LONDON TO MANILA. I CALLED BACK THEM TO CHANGE MY RETURN DATE TO JANUARY 24 SPOKE TO RAYMOND HE SAID HE WILL CALL ME BACK IF HOW MUCH BUT HE NEVER GET BACK TO ME. I CALLED THEM AND LOOKING FOR RAYMOND, AGENT SAID HE IS NOT IN AND HE PROMISED TO CALL ME FOLLOWING MONDAY WITH THE PRICE IF HOW MUCH TO CHANGE, BUT HE DID'NT SO I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND BEEN ADVISED THAT THE AGENT WAS ON EMERGENCY LEAVE, MANAGED TO SPOKE TO RAYMOND AGAIN AND SAME DAY HE OFFERED ME A BUSINESS CLASS TICKET THAT WILL COST ME 4000 POUNDS AS ITS ONLY BUSINESS CLASS AVAILABLE. HE OFFERED ME ANOTHER TICKET CHINA AIRLINES THAT WILL COST ME ALMOST 500 POUNDS AND DECIDED TO LOOK AROUND AND FIND THE SAME OFFER AT LOWER PRICE. I LOGGED A COMPLAINT THROUGH AGENT, SAID HE WILL CHECK THE CALL IF WHEN I REQUESTED TO HAVE MY RETURN DATE CHANGE, PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK BUT HE DID'NT UNTIL I CHASE HIM AGAIN, AND SAID HE COULD'NT FIND THE CALL AND HE COULD'NT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME. I ASKS HIM IF HE CAN SEND ME AN EMAIL, TO CONFIRM THAT HE COULDN'T FIND MY CALL BUT HE REFUSED TO DO SO. UNTIL I DECIDED TO CALL CITIZENS ADVISE BUREAU, REPORT THE MESS WHAT THEY DONE TO MY HOLIDAY AND FORWARDED THE COMPLAINT TO TRADING STANDARDS. I CALLED THEM AGAIN TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY JANUARY 11 FLIGHT AND BEEN ADVISED THAT MY DECEMBER 25 FLIGHT WAS RESCHEDULE BY THE AIRLINE EITHER DECEMBER 22 OR 26. I AM SO GUTTED BECAUSE NO ONE CONTACTED ME EITHER EMAIL OR PHONE, WHICH THEY DO HAVE IT ON THEIR SYSTEM. IN THE EVENING I CALLED THEM AND SPOKE TO JOSHUA, TOLD ME THAT I DON'T NEED TO MAKE A COMPLAINT BECAUSE ITS NOT ONLY ME WHO IS AFFECTED ALSO THE 300 PASSENGERS, WHICH HOW CAN YOU STOP SOMEONE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT, TOLD HIM THAT I DON'T THINK THAT 300 PASSENGERS THAT ARE AFFECTED ARE HAPPY THAT THE AIRLINE RESCHEDULE THE FLIGHT, HE SAID I NEED TO CALL THE AIRLINE AND COMPLAINT STRAIGHT TO THE AIRLINE.I MADE A CALL TO CITIZENS ADVISE BUREAU AGAIN TO ADD MORE COMPLAINT, AS SINCE EVERYTHING CHANGED I NEED TO RE-BOOK MY TRAIN TICKET AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS AND PLANE TICKET FROM MANILA TO LEGAZPI CITY, WHICH WILL COST ME MORE MONEY. I ALSO DECIDED TO CALL PHILIPPINE AIRLINES, JUST TO DOUBLE CHECK IF THEY HAVE MY NAME BOOK ON DECEMBER 22. I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND SPEAK TO THE AGENT, I'M ASKING HIM WHATS THE NAME OF THE COMPANY DIRECTOR AS I WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS MY COMPLAINT STRAIGHT TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY, I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO HIM GIVE ME THE DIRECTOR NAME WHO IS CHERRUBIN NAVARATNAM, AND WHILE I'M ON THE PHONE HE SAID THAT HE SEND AN EMAIL DATED OCTOBER 31 ABOUT MY FLIGHT SCHEDULE WERE CHANGED, WHICH I SAID YES BECAUSE I CALLED THEM AND IF I DID'NT I WILL BE IN LONDON ON DECEMBER 25 WAITING FOR NOTHING, HE SAID THEY HAVE SO MANY PASSENGERS AND THEY WILL LET THE PASSENGER KNOW IN TIME. WHICH HE COULDN'T SAY WHEN.
