I wanted to upgrade my reservation. I even have a Tunisia phone but for seniors cell phones are a challenge. My upgrade issue was never sorted out and I got by, but it could have been done so easily, especially by returning customers. While happy, I could have been happier were I to have been able to communicate via email.
Travel Republic has been seamless for years. It would be great if there were communications links for seniors and/or those needing it by email.
