travelled using Thomas cook for the first time, travelled to turkey with my mum and brothers we shared luggage's so me and my mum had our big luggage. And Thomas cook lost our luggage. worst of all my mum had her medicine in it, she's diabetic, got high blood pressure and cholesterol. we reported it to the airport lost baggage department and they said they will call us once it had arrived and advised us to call Thomas cook up. Got to the hotel and tried to call but no-one answered. my sister called from London to Thomas cook and they said its not lost but is a delayed luggage. and it flying out to us on a monarch plane the next day at 8pm. they didn't bovver letting me know anything. I called the airport to find out everything. and once it was in turkey they said they cant get it out to us because its too late. the airport staff were helping me and calling Thomas cook and sorting the luggage issue out. my mum was in a serious state and not a single reassurance or remorse from Thomas cook. don't think they are even bothered about it. it was despicable customer service and pathetic airline service, very disappointed. I WILL DEFINATLY NOT BE FLYING WITH THEM EVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECCOMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENAMY.
