Nearly always use LateRooms when looking for a hotel, we use hotels a lot and find it easier to find places to stay The reviews are especially important as sometimes pictures of a hotel can be very deceiving.
Wished there were simple check boxes that show whether the place has wifi in rooms, not just in main building and also mobile signal e.g. O2 vodafone etc. The facility section does mention it but at times it's not always true when you get there, and it's frustrating and annoying especially when you need wifi. Mobile signals are never mentioned.
Also when booking direct through LateRooms into certain hotels it's pretty obvious that they really don't like or want you to use LateRooms probably due to commission or whatever (although we wouldn't be there otherwise) and have experienced on more than one occasion that the room given is not one of the better type because of this.(I'm not talking about booking standard and expecting superior, I mean been given the sub standard, standard).
Very useful site though, and I find LateRooms better than others available.
