Three payments were deducted from My visa credit card. Agoda Said according To their records only One payment was deducted from My credit card. They then requested a credit card statement. I had To drive To the bank stand in a line To obtain credit card statement. I then emailed the statement To Agoda. Then im told they See two deductions. This had spoilt My day and is a bad start To My Asia trip which only starts middle december. I Got an apology but still dont receive a clear indication of how many Times i was charged. Not offer of compensation.
please check Your credit card statements. Overall a poor First experience with Agoda and i Will think twice before using Agofa in the future.
