“Poor ecommerce experience”

Website very unintuitive.Delivery options not made clear during checkout. Found it difficult to pay for item rather than signing up for Very account. Paid for next day delivery to be told after placing order that item might not be delivered for 28 days. Informed Very of cancellation but they were unable to refund my card. They stopped replying to emails at this point. Ended up accepting order when it arrived so that I didn't have to deal with them again. Customer services were polite and helpful when they replied but they didn't seem to be able to cancel my order as requested.
It should have been made clear before purchase that the item wasn't in stock for next day dispatch and that free collect+ wasn't available with that item. When order arrived there was no returns label or receipt so not sure how I would have returned it (supposedly free returns).
