After being a member for over 15 years
I decided to leave the club as I was not using it enough to warrant the high monthly cost
I always paid by direct debit and unfortunately cancelled the service amonth too early for the expiry period to leave ,
My case was handed over to debt collectors without a seconds thought who were very ruthless and having contacted the Lloyd membership team I got no response at all
I would not recommend the cliub (to anyone)which has poor out of date facilities
Poor food choice and next to no service from the managers
Really sad that no attempt was made to make me reconsider my leaving
They seem not to need the business
