“Much, much better than I expected.”

I ordered a Jane Strata car seat. It was in a discontinued colour and had a whopping 63% off. But there was no confirmation of dispatch when I expected it, so I wrote and asked how long it would take. Kiddisave wrote back informing me that they didn't have any of that particular colour in stock and offered me another, more recent version. I accepted and it arrived within 48 hours (not including a weekend). I half expected ex-display stock, but no, the seat was absolutely brand new, sealed, with tags, just as it had left the factory. As I write, the same seat is listed on their website for almost £60.00 more than I paid, so they even honoured my original discount when they could just as easily have cancelled the order.

There seems to be many negative reviews for Kiddisave, which is unfortunate because my purchase, apart from being a little delayed, couldn't have been better.
